Physiotherapy
Details of Service
Physiotherapy services offer a wide range of both individual and group based interventions. We manage post-operative cases, injuries, chronic pain, falls prevention, and hydrotherapy to name a few. Patients wishing to access a group program will receive an individual assessment to develop agreed goals for intervention.
Physiotherapy services are also offered within our Rehabilitation Service.
Triage of Referrals
Triage will occur based on the clinical information provided on the referral. It is therefore important to ensure all information is provided.

Locations:
- Melton Health and Community Services (Yellow Building)
- Melton Health and Community Services (Green Building)
- Bacchus Marsh Community Health Centre
- Home Based Therapy
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
Important Information
Those requiring rehabilitation based services may be referred to the Rehabilitation Program.
NDIS services are available within the City of Melton and Moorabool Shires.
Some patients may be required to test their eligibility with NDIS and My Aged Care prior to commencing the service.
Service delivery location is based on service being required.
