| Service Description | The Melton Youth Health Clinic provides a general health and medical drop-in service for young people. Issues such as sexual health, relationships, nutrition and mental health, alcohol and other drugs and a range of other health areas can be discussed with the counsellor and/or youth friendly Doctor. The clinic is staffed by two counsellors and a General Practitioner from Westcare Medical Centre. |
| Eligibility | Young people aged 12 – 24 years who live, work or study in the City of Melton or Shire of Moorabool. |
| Access hours | Every Thursday - 4.00 pm – 7.00 pm. No appointment is necessary. |
| Referral process | Nil. This is a drop-in service, however if you wish to make any enquiries about the clinic, contact Melton Headspace Monday to Friday 8065 5600 |
| Cost to client | Nil. Medicare number is preferred, but not required. Bulk billing is available. |
