Service Description	Coordination of volunteers – recruiting, training, monitoring, supporting and matching volunteers to palliative care clients. Counsellor to palliative care clients. Social work services to palliative care clients. Bereavement counselling. Co-ordinate Kids sharing grief program.
Eligibility	All registered palliative care clients.
Access hours	Monday to Friday - 8.30am-5.00pm
Referral process	Western Health Palliative Care, General Practitioners or Hospitals.
Cost to client	Nil
