Service Description	Alcohol and other drug counselling service for those directly affected by alcohol & other drug use and their families or carers. Community education and information to schools, community agencies and others.
Eligibility	All residents or people who work or study in the North West Metropolitan Region of Melbourne, particularly Melton and Caroline Springs
Access hours	9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday .Some After Hours Appointments are available at Melton
Referral process	Self-referral, medical practitioners or other health professionals or from other agencies.
Cost to client	Nil
