| Service Description | Transport provided by volunteers with priority given to clients who need to attend health appointments. |
| Eligibility | Frail, aged and disabled. |
| Access hours | Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 6.00pm |
| Referral process | Self-referral, inter-agency or medical referral. |
| Cost to client | A suggested donation of 40 cents per kilometre reimbursed to the volunteer for out of pocket expenses; or, not less than what it would cost for public transport including taxi if required. |
