Physiotherapy

Description of Service

Physiotherapy services offer a wide range of both individual and group based interventions.

We manage post-operative cases, injuries, chronic pain, falls prevention, and hydrotherapy to name a few. Patients wishing to access a group program will receive an individual assessment to develop agreed goals for intervention.

NDIS Therapeutic Supports Available. Paediatric NDIS requests will be considered on a case by case basis. Unfortunately we are unable to provide ECIS and developmental delay support.

Physiotherapy services are also offered within our Rehabilitation Service.

How Do I Get An Appointment

If you are over the age of 65 (50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders) please contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422.

You may have a GP referral to access this service or contact 03 9747 7609 to arrange a self-referral.

If you are an NDIS Participant please contact 03 9747 7609.

A referral is required for certain programs. This referral can come from a GP.
