Blood test breakthrough for colon cancer

A team of international researchers, including Western Health senior medical oncologist and WEHI Professor Peter Gibbs, created the novel test that identifies patients who need chemotherapy after their tumour is surgically removed – and those who can safely be spared secondary treatment.
