Western Health Service is a registered and experienced NDIS provider.

We work with you to better manage your day to day bowel and bladder needs and goals so you can enjoy your life.
Exercise Physiology
We work with you to develop your exercise goals to help you improve your, strength, balance and flexibility.
Podiatry
We work with you to help with foot and lower limb problems to improve your walking and independence.
Counselling
We work with you to support you and develop your goals to improve your mental health, relationships and well being.
Occupational Therapy
We work with you on your goals for independence and to make your day to day activities easier.
Speech Pathology
We work with you to help with your goals for communication and eating, drinking and swallowing.
Dietetics
We work with you to achieve your goals to eat well and enjoy food to give you energy to do the things you love to do.
Physiotherapy
We work with you to achieve your movement and mobility goals to enjoy your day to day activities.
Grant Lodge
Grant Lodge is a Residential Care Facility in Bacchus Marsh providing quality high level nursing care in a home-like environment. We can provide support for those NDIS participants who want to live at Grant Lodge.
